本文针对公路两侧桥梁防撞墙及路缘石严重腐蚀破坏等问题，介绍了防撞墙修复防腐试验工程工艺简介，达到防撞墙高效率防锈、防腐、修复的施工目标。

一、防撞墙病害描述：

防撞墙车道内侧钢筋锈胀，钢筋保护层厚度不足。

The inner side of the anti-collision wall is corroded and the thickness of reinforcement cover is insufficient.

二、防撞墙修复方案：

主要工序流程：

Main process flow:

①FH-B8002桥隧养护机高压水射流基面清洗→

(1) the cleaning of high pressure water jet base surface of FH-B8002 bridge and tunnel maintenance machine.

②外露钢筋涂刷锈转化剂（FH-CX）→

(2) the rust conversion agent (FH-CX) of exserted steel bar

③涂刷FH-CTR1防腐材料→

(3) brush FH-CTR1 anticorrosion material.

④涂抹聚合物砂浆（FH-CR/FH-CRⅡ）混凝土修复→

(4) apply polymer mortar (FH-CR/FH-CR II) to concrete repair.

⑤混凝土表面涂刷FH-JTR1抗渗防腐体系（底涂+面涂）→

(5) concrete surface is painted with FH-JTR1 anti-seepage and anticorrosive system (primer + surface coating).
